We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.

Delivery Status

Please consider your order delivered on the day requested, once you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, you will be contacted by telephone and/or e-mail.

Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery

Once your order has been placed, changes to address information or incorrect addresses which result in a re-delivery will be subject a $10.00 charge.

Floral Deliveries to the U.S. and Canada

All transactions are in US currency. In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is usually available for orders received before 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays without verbal confirmation. Please be sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays and possibly incur extra charges.

Sunday Delivery

Sunday delivery is not an option in most areas. If you wish to request Sunday delivery, we will attempt to accomplish this for you, however,Monday must be a second choice.

Floral Order Delivery Times

Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 7 PM). We are unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.

When the Recipient Is Not Home

The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door. The florist may leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery and be subject to a $10.00 sur charge for re-delivery.

International Floral Deliveries

Orders outside North America are not available for same day delivery. We can guarantee delivery dates for orders received at least 3 business days in advance. You must call us to place an international delivery order; you cannot do so online.

Holiday Delivery Information

Due to increased volume of floral and gift orders during peak holiday periods, most florists require flexible delivery dates during these times. For this reason we cannot always offer our same-day delivery service, unless verbally agreed, during the following major floral holiday periods: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day.

Christmas Delivery Guarantee

Note: Ground delivery is no longer guaranteed for delivery by Christmas.
Please consider "Next Day" or "2nd Day" for guaranteed delivery for Christmas.

Gift Items Shipped Directly

Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals. Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options are clearly marked on the order form for each item. The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped UPS Ground can take 3 to 7 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday.

With regards to gift baskets, minor substitutions of particular items may be necessary in order to expedite your order. Please clearly indicate in Special Instructions if for some reason this is not acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received prior to delivery. All effort will be made to contact florist immediatley upon receipt of your cancellation request. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $10.00 per order.

Substitution Policy

Availability of some flowers may be limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.

In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.

Currency

All transactions are in US currency. Prices include a $9.95 transaction fee but do not include a 7% sales tax. Orders received after 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no delivery guarantees on Sundays and legal holidays without verbal confirmation. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.
