 Delivery Conditions To honor our satisfaction guarantee, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery. We do not accept requests for delivery at specific times of day. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. Delivery Status Please consider your order delivered on the day requested, once you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, you will be contacted by telephone and/or e-mail. Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery Once your order has been placed, changes to address information or incorrect addresses which result in a re-delivery will be subject a $10.00 charge. Floral Deliveries to the U.S. and Canada All transactions are in US currency. In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is usually available for orders received before 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays without verbal confirmation. Please be sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays and possibly incur extra charges. Sunday Delivery Sunday delivery is not an option in most areas. If you wish to request Sunday delivery, we will attempt to accomplish this for you, however,Monday must be a second choice. Floral Order Delivery Times Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 7 PM). We are unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery. When the Recipient Is Not Home The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door. The florist may leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery and be subject to a $10.00 sur charge for re-delivery. International Floral Deliveries Orders outside North America are not available for same day delivery. We can guarantee delivery dates for orders received at least 3 business days in advance. You must call us to place an international delivery order; you cannot do so online. Holiday Delivery Information Due to increased volume of floral and gift orders during peak holiday periods, most florists require flexible delivery dates during these times. For this reason we cannot always offer our same-day delivery service, unless verbally agreed, during the following major floral holiday periods: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day.
